Gina A. Bozzer

Attorney Gina A. Bozzer has over two decades of legal experience, most of it gained at Kuhn Rogers, where she has been a partner for over ten years. Gina concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of environmental law, corporate law, oil and gas law, land use, and real estate law, including landlord-tenant work.

At Michigan State University, Gina studied both Environmental Geosciences and Natural Resources/Environmental Policy, earning Bachelor’s degrees in both areas. This background served as a solid foundation for her study of law and eventual practice in environmental law and related practice areas.

Gina is respected by colleagues for her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, as well as her exceptional research and writing. Clients appreciate Gina’s candor and responsiveness, and her ability to explain complex legal issues in a straightforward, understandable way.

When not working, Gina enjoys the outdoors and the natural beauty of Northern Michigan.
