Attorney R. Edward (“Ward”) Kuhn was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1974. In the following fifty years of practice, he represented clients in a variety of legal matters ranging from business and corporate law to real estate, condominiums, land division, zoning, estate planning and probate.
Ward has long been highly regarded for his legal knowledge, analytical capability, and judgment. In addition to being a pillar of the Traverse City legal community, Ward is also active in organizations that serve the community at large. He served on the Traverse City Fire and Police Pension Board for many years and was one of the founders of the Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Traverse City. He has also been a volunteer at the Third Level Legal Clinic since its inception. In addition, he has participated in numerous musical productions as a choral member of the Grand Traverse Chorale and sings in the Grace Episcopal Church Choir.
