Our friend and colleague, Gina A. Bozzer, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 after a prolonged and courageous battle with cancer. Gina was an integral part of our team and she will be deeply missed by all of us at Kuhn Rogers.

Gina grew up in Gaylord and worked many summers in her family’s concrete and trucking business. She studied environmental sciences and environmental policy at Michigan State University and obtained her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in December of 2000. She joined our firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2008. She had numerous successes in her career, including influencing the law in the area of USEPA air policy regulations with a victory in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gina was an exceptionally gifted lawyer and a generous friend. She was respected by colleagues for her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and her outstanding research and legal writing skills. She leaves behind a loving husband and family along with many grateful clients, colleagues, and friends.
