Caroline R. Quandt

Attorney Caroline R. Quandt, a Traverse City native and longtime Kuhn Rogers employee, was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2024. She is ecstatic to return to her hometown to build the foundation of her legal career after spending seven years living in the Lansing area. During her time downstate, Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. Her studies focused primarily on Educational Studies and Child Development. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she graduated Cum Laude. Caroline’s academic experience fostered a love of legal writing, research, and client communication. During law school, Caroline focused her studies on environmental law and real estate issues. She plans to practice in these areas while she explores the profession and builds her practice.

Pragmatic and compassionate, Caroline seeks to solve complex legal problems with a client-centered, service-oriented approach. This desire grew from her non-profit work in the disability and chronic illness community, volunteering in the Sparrow Hospital pediatric unit, and serving the incarcerated, indigent community at the Ingham County Office of the Public Defender. She is a firm believer that the key to solving problems is through clear and effective communication and a balanced, solution-focused outlook.

When she is not working, Caroline spends time with her fiancé, Adam, and her family. She loves to travel and spends a lot of weekends on the road, seeing new places, attending live music or sporting events, and visiting friends and loved ones. Caroline also loves spending time outside, whether it be in an active way like hiking, biking, skiing, or fishing, or a more latent way, like lounging by a bonfire.
