David P. Glenn's Profile Image

David P. Glenn

Attorney David P. Glenn concentrates his practice in the areas of real property, construction, business, energy, and environmental law. Licensed to practice in Michigan in 2011, David began his legal career in Metro Detroit, where he represented large healthcare and homeowners’ insurance companies. A native of Traverse City, he made the decision to move back to Northern Michigan in 2015, working with another respected local firm before becoming a member of the Kuhn Rogers team.

David P. Glenn enjoys representing clients in both transactional and litigation capacities, and his work in each area strengthens his skill in the other. David’s litigation work gives him an understanding of the problems that can arise out of a transaction; accordingly, he negotiates, drafts, and reviews transactions with an eye to preventing avoidable litigation. Similarly, the attention to detail David has cultivated in his transactional work has sharpened his ability to identify important facts and arguments in litigation.

When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, also a Traverse City native, and their children Reid, Boyd, Kendall, and Wells, as well as the family’s Black Labrador, Kota. David is also an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing. As a sports enthusiast and proud third-generation graduate of Central Michigan University, David enthusiastically supports all Chippewa sports teams.
