Gina A. Bozzer (1973 – 2025)

Attorney Gina A. Bozzer was a partner in Kuhn Rogers for seventeen years. Gina concentrated her practice primarily in the areas of environmental law, corporate law, oil and gas law, land use, and real estate law, including landlord-tenant work.

At Michigan State University, Gina A. Bozzer studied both Environmental Geosciences and Natural Resources/Environmental Policy, earning Bachelor’s degrees in both areas. This background served as a solid foundation for her study of law and eventual practice in environmental law and related practice areas.

Gina was respected by colleagues for her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, as well as her exceptional research and writing. Clients appreciated Gina’s candor and responsiveness, and her ability to explain complex legal issues in a straightforward, understandable way.
