Kuhn Rogers is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher G. Rogers as a partner in its law practice. Chris has been with Kuhn Rogers since 2014 as a result of its merger with the firm of Calcutt, Rogers and Boynton where Chris had been practicing since his admission to the State Bar of Michigan in 2010. Chris has significant experience in estate planning, business succession planning, real estate law, and general civil law. With his background, Chris is well positioned to play an integral role in Kuhn Rogers’ ability to provide comprehensive legal services to its clients.
Christopher G. Rogers is a native of Traverse City, Michigan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan (2004) and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (f/k/a Franklin Pierce Law Center) (2009). He attended Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing as part of a Chinese Intellectual Property Summer Institute, where he studied world trade and intellectual property law, the Chinese legal system, and technology licensing. Chris is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association, the Economic Club of Traverse City, the steering committee for Munson Medical Center’s Family Birth & Children’s Center, and Traverse Bay Sunrise Rotary Club.
Chris and his wife Lindsey, a funeral director, reside on Old Mission Peninsula with their two young sons, Harvey and Carson. When not busy with their careers and various community organizations, Chris and Lindsey are enthusiastically devoted to playing and competing in golf.
