Kuhn Rogers Is Thrilled to Announce the Addition of Danica L. Powell to The Firm!

Danica joins us as an associate attorney, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With an impressive fifteen years of practice, Danica has demonstrated her ability to analyze complex situations and devise strategic solutions to obtain the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Danica hails from Chicago, Illinois, graduating in 2006 from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a minor in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School in 2009, and began her practice in Chicago. Danica moved her practice to Traverse City in 2014 and joined Kuhn Rogers in 2024, where her practice centers on estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation, as well as commercial litigation, real estate, and creditor’s rights.
